Paths for Spiritual Exploration and Research
PAST LIFE REGRESSION & LIFE BETWEEN LIFE REGRESSION

There are many ways to grow and explore spiritually. Two of these ways are using hypnosis to go back in time, and viewing the past. By the past, in this case, I mean past lives. Whether or not you believe in past lives really doesn’t matter. Even if these past life “memories” are only from your imagination, they are still important for learning about yourself. Some people view these memories metaphorically, like a dream, and others have actually determined names, dates, and locations that are verifiable.

Why do a Past Life Regression or a Life Between Life Regression?
What we take with us from life to life is about relationships, emotions, and cycles. What we experience emotionally perpetuates cycles, and cycles determine destinies. We grow spiritually through our relationships, learning one soul lesson after another. How we look at those relationships through doing PLR or LBLR can be helpful in our spiritual growth for seeing patterns in past relationships. As Ram Dass said, “We learn through our melodramas.”

What is the difference between a Past Life Regression and a Life Between Life Regression?
A Past Life Regression can be done in 1-1 ½ hours. We start by finding out if there is an issue (anxiety, pain, relationship) to be addressed or if it is just for curiosity. Next, a series of relaxation exercises induce a light to medium trance. We then go back through time, finding a past life that has relevance for what you want to know today. After exploring the major events of that previous life, we painlessly go through the death scene to wherever people go when they die. This place is usually different for everyone, and depends on your beliefs. Looking back from this “higher” vantage point, you see what you learned in that life that is relevant for your life today. Finally, we come forward in time, integrating the experience and knowledge of the past, and returning to the present. We conclude the Past Life Regression by discussing what you learned, what you saw, and what you experienced.

A Life Between Life Regression takes 3-4 hours because it requires a much deeper level of trance. After a trance state is achieved, we fire up the memory banks with current life memories that are pleasant. You then regress through being in the womb, back to the most recent past lifetime. We look at your most significant life events, up to and including death, do a short life review, and then cross over. Usually spirits of friends and family are waiting there to greet us. A number of “stations” are also awaiting, and you may or may not decide to go. The stations may include an orientation space, a place to meet your soul group or cluster group, and a meeting with your wise council, spirit guide or guardian angel where you are allowed to ask questions. There may be schools to go through, or healing places. And there is a station for pre-birth planning for this life. Finally, you are brought forward in time, returning to the present, at which point you are debriefed and begin to integrate the experience.

These two regression techniques, Past Life and Life Between Life, can help provide an experience where Self meets Self for spiritual growth, research, and exploration.
